Gas, Electric, and Telephone/DSL
Roosevelt Ridge is currently implementing its utilities package. Home owners receive the following utilities, as part of their land purchase:
- Electricity
- Natural Gas
- Telephone with optional DSL internet
Each estate owner is responsible for emplacing a well and septic system.
