While looking for a single property in the 35 acre range for family and investment purposes, Scott found Roosevelt Ridge. The sheer size and unadulterated beauty of the land absolutely captivated Scott, and he seized the opportunity to buy the entire 556 acres. Since that time, he has been working hard with the RR Development team and with Gilpin County to ensure that the natural beauty of RR is preserved. Scott has a background in medical devices sales and engineering, and served as a Platoon Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division.
Teresa leads the development program at Roosevelt Ridge. Teresa brings significant experience in the development and real estate law areas, and is responsible for the legal/development aspects of numerous mountain properties and developments. She recently lead the efforts to implement the Central City Expressway, built to connect Central City to I-70. Ms. Kerrigan has helped lead the entire Roosevelt Ridge development effort from conception through Gilpin County approvals, and is involved on a day-day basis.
