Teresa Kerrigan - Development Program Manager, Legal Counsel: Raw Land Solutions

Teresa leads the development program at Roosevelt Ridge. Teresa brings significant experience in the development and real estate law areas, and is responsible for the legal/development aspects of numerous mountain properties and developments. She recently lead the efforts to implement the Central City Expressway, built to connect Central City to I-70. Ms. Kerrigan has helped lead the entire Roosevelt Ridge development effort from conception through Gilpin County approvals, and is involved on a day-day basis.
