Welcome to the Ridge! Things are going well at Roosevelt Ridge, despite the challenging financial environment: we continue to sell lots, we have implemented numerous improvements recently including a community gate, we have recently released all Phase III Lots for sale, and we continue to build Roosevelt Ridge to be the highest quality development near Denver and Boulder.

We're spending a lot of time up on the ridge while our 'island in the sky' is being built. I cannot say that living in a trailer a wonderful thing.. but being up here on Roosevelt Ridge is fabulous. And we're certainly anticipating the day when the house is finished and the mountain is truly our home.
