We have sold lots 20 and 21, and weekly requests for inquiries are at a high level, as numerous additional lots are being investigated by potential buyers.
We have completed our off-site improvements, taking the 0.6 mile road connecting Roosevelt Ridge to the Peak to Peak Highway to a higher standard. We have implemented over $100,000 worth of improvements to the county road, making it easier and safer to access Roosevelt Ridge in any weather.
