I wanted to let you know that Peter and Christina Twining just purchased Lot 20 yesterday. They live in Zambia, AFRICA. Peter works for the US Consulate and Christina raises their two children as well as training for a triathlon in two months!!! Currently, they have no home in the US so as soon as they are based back in the States, they plan to build their home.
 
As an aside, Roosevelt Ridge will be advertising in three separate issues of United Airline’s “Hemispheres” magazine. The ads should start running in a month. If you fly United, look for it and show it to the passengers sitting next to you J
